At Textbooks.mom, we specialize in providing instant digital access to textbooks and academic materials. Because our products are delivered electronically, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting against misuse.

1. Digital Product Policy (No Automatic Refunds)

All products sold on Textbooks.mom are digital downloads (eBooks, PDFs, digital study materials).

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This policy is in place because digital products cannot be “returned” once delivered.

2. Eligible Refund Exceptions

We may issue a refund only under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product
  • You purchased the wrong product due to a technical error on our platform
  • The downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue
  • You did not download or access the product and request a refund within 24 hours of purchase

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after download
  • Incompatibility with your device, software, or reader
  • Failure to read the product description before purchase
  • Accidental purchases after the file has been accessed
  • Claims made more than 24 hours after purchase (if not downloaded)

4. Replacement Instead of Refund

If a file is defective or inaccessible, we may provide:

  • A replacement file
  • An alternative download format
  • Technical assistance to resolve access issues

This will be offered instead of a refund whenever possible.
